WESTERN BAGEL BAKING CORPORATION
Western Bagel Baking Corporation is a family owned and operated bakery that started in 1947. They had had 4 different websites developed over the course of 5 years, none of which served their purposes, either aesthetically or in functionality. Mediafish Creative was called in recently to develop a brand strategy to revitalize their online store and enhance the online shopping experience.
We started by focusing on two of the most important features: identifying and strengthening their value proposition, and simplifying their ecommerce process. We built a custom CMS so the client could change information on the fly, and added some mouth watering photography to reflect the delicious, unique taste of Western Bagel bagels.
When developing our online strategy, we knew we had to give Western Bagel the ability to change and edit their online information. Our custom built CMS allowed them to do just that. Using the custom control panel, their administrative staff had the ability to implement marketing campaigns, change almost any piece of information and generate reports.
Finally, to win consumer confidence and interest, we designed a clean, uncluttered website and used caricature illustrations and stylized fonts to impart a fun and interesting shopping experience.
